Religious indoctrination is a facet of mankind which have been a major influence in societies from the dawn of time,
Understandably as humans with the capability to decipher existence in depth, seek out answers for puzzling matters and deduce in detail concepts revolving around the esoteric and fairly unknown namely; we possess an intellect which differentiates and divides us from the category of beastly,savage or neanderthal.
Humans; though all develop at their own pace possess a capacity to harness and display characteristics in which we can be deemed sophisticated.
The evident outcome of mental depth is to transcend mere primal programming as to surpass our basic animalistic nature where all we would know is to: survive, hunt,procreate and live as simple as mortally possible which is evident by the observation of constructs ranging from complex artistry, monuments which depict mind boggling intricacy as well as even artificial intelligence which is a biproduct of human intelligence so to speak.
But whether a mortal of supreme intellect or of a lesser cognitive background there is one particular thing most if not all of us share in common; the curiosity as to the existence and acceptance of a higher being which sustains us beyond that of the mere physical.
From humanity’s infancy to its perpetual maturity towards our current day we have always had the belief in a god or god’s specifically whom abides above us in a celestial realm.
For centuries this concept of God has risen out of the desire to affix meaning to our existence where we may have few answers to a myriad of questions,but upon the observation of a supreme being who governs over mankind this has resulted in more confusion and division than anything else this world has ever seen.
Look at the ancient Greeks whom worshipped several god’s whom claimed to abide for specific roles for example Poseidon whom held dominion over the seas or Demeter Greek goddess responsible for fertility and harvests.
The god’s and goddesses which existed in antiquity are many and in numerous cases each would be revered by the population to the point deemed deserving of a sacrifice as a sacrament to their power rather it be livestock as sheep or cattle to very humans themselves.
Let us consider a well known fact that for each Greek deity which was exalted there also existed it’s Egyptian counterpart derived from a different culture and possessing a different name but similar in status and roles as example Osiris whom would be synonymous to the Greek god Hades both rulers of the underworld and those are just two in accord with many other forms of mythology ranging from the Norse culture, Japanese culture and so on.
At a point in society’s development many of these once accepted beliefs became somewhat obselete;which were replaced by seemingly more realistic or sensible beliefs ranging from the dissaproval of paganism or polytheism: meaning to worship multiple god’s to accepting the existence of one almighty divine being from whom all other things are derived or have been birthed,an omnipotent vessel which always existed and always will thus possessing no fathomable beginning and no perceived end.
For each model awarded from religion there is a manner of folklore behind each, thus over time these beliefs have been split into diverse teachings all over the world resulting in several religions with contrasting beliefs and within some of these religions splitted further down into denominations, for example Christianity which is a main religion but split into diverse subsets such as, seventh day Adventistism, Anglican, Pentecostal and the list goes on.
To be frank religion has brought about separation where within one human race it has brought about many beliefs, superstitions and laws which have given rise to persecution against each other as a species in the name of the most high, many delusions and unanswerable questions to the point where some just refuse to accept the existence of God for various reasons thus causing more distance as a race and judgement against each other for varied beliefs.
It is evident that religion has always been a tool to control people’s way of life more morally than anything else but it has reached a stage where one cannot fully perceive religion as being totally credible due to the diversity which is highly influenced by region and upbringing.
Upon the ongoing confusion caused by indoctrination some have chosen to take a more practical approach towards life where certain laws of morality can be summed up as common sense where empathy comes into play, and while life in its essence is filled with mystery there resides many factors which have caused many to dig deeper beyond religion; where once upon a time god alone determined the fate of humanity until it became apparent that there is more to the mere concept of God which religious leaders and activists have taught us;
Resulting in a profound zest for the seeking of metaphysical knowledge and truth.

And what biases is our good Maestro coming out of, if I may ask, for such an analysis? Not totally far off—but of interest.
